Lake Chelan
Took a mini vacation to Lake Chelan this week. Nice to get away and have a little R & R. Spent some quality time with the McNeley's as well. We did a little swimming, wine tasting and us girls shopped too of course....in the pouring down rain! Yes you heard it right...RAIN! Thankfully it only happened one day.
Annison is not a fan of cold water. I found this out by putting her little piglets in the water to hear her let out a scream. She is like her mommy, hates to be cold.
We stayed in a nice hotel close to the Lake. We strolled to the coffee shop every morning and relaxed on the patio. It was great to get away.

Playing catch up
Wow....Crazy 22 days sense my last posting. We have all been working so hard. Wedding season is just nuts right now. A venue in the Gorge recently burnt down so couples are frantically calling needing dates this summer. Lots of tours going on right now as well as our 2011 weddings. Its just NUTS!
Annison is doing so great. Everyday she is discovering something new. She can pick toys up off the ground in her Bumbo seat and pull them towards her. She loves to be outside and spends lots of time in her stroller while I work in the tent. She is rolling over from front to back and screeches in excitement.
She smiles often and loves her bath time. We are waiting patiently for a giggle out of her :)
Annison turned 4 months on the 11th of July. She weighs 12.3 and 24 inches long. Dr says she is right on track. She is still sleeping 9-11 hours a night (LUCKY US!) and cat naps in the day.
Speaking of babies.....we have baby ducks!! One of our year old female ducks has been sitting on her eggs for 30+ days. Poor little thing wouldn't budge off her nest in all this hot weather. One dedicated mama!
I have probably taken hundreds of photos lately of our sweet girl enjoying her first summer. Below are just a few of my favorites with captions too of course :)
